Terms & conditions
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply to the Focus Play Pro apps for Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV and Android phones, to this website and to the licences sold for them. By installing the app, activating a licence or using this website you accept them. Please also read our Privacy policy.
These terms are an agreement between you and the business that sells Focus Play Pro licences in your country. Ask your provider for its details.
What Focus Play Pro is
Focus Play Pro is a media player. It plays playlists that you already have from a provider of your choice (M3U, Xtream Codes or MAG portal). We do not provide, sell, host or recommend any channels, films, series or other content, and no playlist is included with the app or with a licence.
Your playlist and what you watch
You are responsible for making sure that you are allowed to watch everything your playlist contains, and for any agreement or payment with the provider of that playlist. We do not check or control content from third parties and are not responsible for it, for its availability or for its quality.
Using Focus Play Pro to watch, share or promote content you are not authorised to access is not allowed. We may suspend or revoke a licence that is used this way, and we act on valid notices from rights holders.
Free trial
Every new device can try the app free of charge for the period shown in the app. There is one trial per device: resetting the app, changing its identifier or similar steps to get another trial are not allowed.
Licences
- A licence belongs to one device, identified by the MAC address and device key shown in the app, and runs for the period bought (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
- A lifetime licence lasts for the life of that device for as long as the Focus Play Pro service is offered.
- A licence is for your own use and may not be sold or given to other people. You can move it to a new device of your own with a transfer code (app Settings → Move to a new device), or ask your seller to move it.
- Renewing before the end date adds the new period after the current one, so no days are lost.
Buying, paying and refunds
Licences are sold by us or by authorised resellers. You pay the seller directly by the methods they accept; the seller records the payment and activates or renews the device. The price is the one agreed with your seller.
Because the free trial lets you test the app first and a licence works as soon as it is activated, payments are generally not refundable once the licence has started. Refund requests are handled by the seller you paid. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Your device key and PIN
Keep your device key private: together with the MAC address it lets anyone manage the playlists of your device. If you protect a playlist or categories with a PIN, keep that PIN private too. You are responsible for what is done with your device key and PIN.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, decompile, modify or redistribute the app, or try to get around its licence checks;
- share one licence between several devices or people;
- resell licences or activations unless you are an authorised reseller;
- overload, attack or misuse our servers, this website or the panels;
- use the app or website for anything unlawful.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke a licence without refund in case of misuse, fraud, non-payment or breach of these terms, or when required by law. A licence ends at the end of the period bought. You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. While offline, the app keeps working on the saved playlist for a limited time. We may update the app and add, change or remove features; important changes are announced in the app or on this website.
Resellers
Resellers are independent businesses authorised to activate and renew devices. They are responsible for their own sales, prices and customer support, under a separate agreement with us.
Liability
The app and the service are provided as they are. We are not liable for content or services from third parties, including your playlist provider. As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the last 12 months. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new date; important changes are also shown in the app or on this website. If you keep using Focus Play Pro after a change, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the business named above is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
